Secondly, to reduce the time needed for the web developer to integrate the tools into the web applications as they do not need to know the exact mechanism of connecting the physical tool into the web application. Since the Web Services will take care of the physical connection, the web developer would just need to invoke the methods exposed by the Web Service to make queries and obtain the result. Lastly, to avoid the use of proprietary language such as CORBA, consequently reducing the amount of coding needed when the client is trying to integrate the different tools and applications together. The literature review of the report will be on the introduction to bioinformatics and the technologies used during the process of development. Subsequently, an overview of the system will be given. Lastly, the limitation and problem encountered in the process of development and researching will be presented.
