Impact of liberalization of broadcast channels on the representation of women in Pakistan.

The methodology used for the study is based on a content analysis of women's magazines. The research is further supplemented by interviews with media professionals who provide insights into the factors affecting the portrayal of women and the significance of the emerging roles.
