This project's primary objective was to explore the limitations of smartphone cameras and leverage the knowledge to create a captivating mobile game experience. By embracing Unity Game Engine and an array of assets, the study crafted test games to explore human limitations and gather valuable data. The insights gathered were important in creating an enjoyable and challenging mobile game with three distinct levels for various player skill sets. This project showcases the feasibility of utilizing smartphone cameras for gaming applications as well as highlighting the importance of considering human limitations in interactive design. The resulting game with a median score of 4/5 demonstrates the potential of smartphone’s camera technology in shaping innovative gaming experiences.
