Summary:The need to ensure users' satisfaction level gives rise to the emphasis on usability. To expand knowledge in this domain, a study was conducted with the objective of investigating how different elements of culture affect people's perception of an online healthcare portal. Online information portals are available in different domains like education, finance, healthcare etc. For the purpose of illustration, a healthcare portal was selected in this study. This study, therefore, focused on the relationship between national culture and the usability of an online healthcare portal. The study was conducted using the questionnaire survey methodology. A total of 42 participants from India and Singapore participated in this study.
