This is mostly due to the work either being dangerous or having sensitive information that should not be tampered without proper training. One such industry would be the legal sector whereby the forensics science team have to arrive on crime scenes to gather important pieces of data. This project is to help those that are newly employed by teaching them what to do in a practical situation rather than simply theory. This will give them a better understanding on what to watch out for and also build their confidence as they are gradually able to perform the steps and actions without any guidance. Therefore, this project will be beneficial for both the new forensics employee and the forensics department. The new employees will eventually become more reliant on site and the forensics department would not have to worry about them doing something wrong or forgetting to do something important while on site.
