Description
Summary:Effective information distribution is crucial for facilitating quick responses and important decision-making in the age of "information overload." Dashboards are becoming a vital tool for many organizations, offering quick, efficient, flexible, and individualized information access as they navigate a variety of information sources. In this study, we first examine the general interest in raising the state of the art, and then we analyse several strategies for implementing data visualisation dashboards. Additionally, introducing four evaluation scenarios - data preparation, algorithm performance, system implementation, and interaction workflow. The consolidated dashboard literature and our own observations will introduce a general definition of dashboards that is more pertinent to the needs of business administration for an organisation. Through the system architecture and design, we demonstrate how these situations differentiate between various evaluation aims. Finally, we point out that implementing this framework will be beneficial to many other organizations alike.
