The implementation is written using Cadence’s SKILL code. Large amount of time were utilized in studying the literature review of varactor and implementation of design automation. Resulting from the automation, user shall be greatly advantage from statistic graphs provided which will give visibility to understand the behavior before finalize their design. This project can be further extended to design automation of other component which would definitely reducing the time in designing IC to market.
