The purpose of this internship report is to provide a concise and clear description of my eight week attachment with the Human Resources Department (HR) of the Intel Singapore Technologies. The HR Department acts as a business partner to management, working together to ensure that Intel maintains its position as the pre-eminent building block supplier to the computing industry worldwide. The conclusions I make about this internship program will contribute to the further evaluation and development of this program for undergraduates in the future.
