Description
Summary:As communities in Antique, Philippines and Balai, Indonesia face poverty, child malnutrition and limited educational opportunities, Isabelo and Olen share their struggles growing up and raising a family. Amidst the urgent need for support, Hans and Joelyn have taken on the roles of child sponsors, actively contributing to community-building efforts in these regions. As both sponsors navigate the delicate relationships and effects of their contributions, this documentary explores how such ventures benefit their intended recipients. It also explores the sustainability and future of such child sponsorship programmes as well as the hopes for a brighter future for children in Southeast Asia.
