Evaluative study of e-learning in the National Library Board, Singapore.
This study reports on National Library Board, Singapore (NLB) pilot e-learning project, i. Learn. The emphasis is to give NLB staff an opportunity to try out e-learning and to observe its and learn the usefulness and limitations and access whether the organization is ready for e-learning.
