This project aims to develop a web application that can solve the problems of using email and make the lives of professors and teaching assistants easier. The entire development process of this project runs approximately eight months and uses a waterfall and agile hybrid model to ensure that project milestones are accomplished on time while allowing flexibility for changes. This will include the investigation of suitable technologies, the analysis of requirements, the designing of the database and wireframes, and the implementation of the frontend using React and the backend using Django Rest Framework. The project outcome would be the deployment of a web-based collaboration tool on Microsoft Azure that would be utilised and tested by the professors and teaching assistants of the School of Computer Science and Engineering.
