Summary: | In recent years, blockchain technology has been a topic of interest and has become extremely
popular due to the increased usage of smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized
applications. Fungible and non-fungible tokens, which comply mainly of ERC-20 and ERC-721
standards, have also been extremely popular in the Ethereum community. With the emergence of
smart contracts and non-fungible tokens, the development of blockchain game applications has
grown exponentially on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum.
In this project, the purpose was to employ dynamic invariant detection tool, InvCon, to identify
and generate invariants. With the generated invariants, analyses of their respective smart contracts
were conducted to ensure compliance with standards as set forth by OpenZeppelin. Additionally,
unique features related to each game were studied to understand its game mechanics. With that,
interesting insights relating to the overview of blockchain games have been uncovered and
concluded. |
