This has allowed for the development of next-generation chatbots that have eclipsed the performance of their predecessors. This project aims to explore the creation of such a chatbot to be used in education for answering undergraduate queries regarding courses that they are enrolled in. A web application alongside two microservices were developed, and the responses given by the chatbot were evaluated and analyzed. Overall, while the responses of the chatbot have received positive evaluations, continuous improvement and monitoring are still needed when it is integrated as an official tool by educators.
