الملخص:Usually for Quantum Szilard Engine(QSZE), the partition is assumed to have a very large or infinite potential height.Hence, the effect of quantum tunneling can be ignored. Hence, this project aims to study the effect that quantum tunneling have on the efficiency and work extracted of the QSZE. This paper will also talk about the classical Carnot,Otto and Szilard engine as well as its quantum variant. Their work done and efficiency will also be discussed.
