Therefore, new energy sources that conform to the concept of sustainable development are gradually attracting people's attention and becoming a hotspot in power research. New energy sources include new energy vehicles, distributed power sources, microgrids, etc., which have high demands and requirements for energy storage, conversion, and regulation, making power systems particularly important. Among them, switch-mode power supplies with DC/DC converters as the core are increasingly being widely applied due to their characteristics of high frequency, high efficiency, high power density, high dynamic performance, and high gain. This report focuses on the widely used buck-boost converter model as the research subject, conducting in-depth analysis of circuit topology, voltage-current dual-loop control, and current balancing control, followed by simulation experiments for validation. Furthermore, based on this foundation, we have completed the PCB design for the power board of this model. The main research contents of this report include the following aspects: 1、Building upon the understanding of the topology structure and common current balancing control methods of the buck-boost converter, a dual-phase interleaved parallel buck-boost model is established. Based on this model, corresponding voltage-current dual-loop control systems and two-phase current balancing systems are designed, and simulations are conducted using Simulink. 2、Upon the construction of the model, the system is tested, including stability testing of the system using PI control to regulate the step response, and current balancing testing by changing the inductance of the two phases to induce imbalance. 3 、 The PCB design for the 20kW interleaved buck-boost converter power board has been completed.
