Summary:The use of mobile apps has drastically changed multiple aspects of everyday life over recent years where technological advancements have been on a steep rise. In one aspect, fitness apps have been made more readily available for users, providing varying metrics for users to track and learn during their fitness journey. However, for those who are just beginning their fitness journey, the vast number of features provided by fitness apps may be overwhelming for some as they do not know where to begin. Moreover, it is shown that beginners are at higher risk of injury compared to those who are more experienced. This FYP aims to tackle the mentioned problem, attempting to assist beginners to start their fitness journey safely, by educating them on the proper ways to perform exercises, a simple-to-use User Interface (UI), progress tracking features and assistance from Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated features built-in from the app, so that users have a more personalised experience
