MOSFETs are the most common type of transistor today and are pivotal in modern electronic devices, offering efficient switching capabilities and high power-handling capabilities. The main objective of the project is to help in the understanding of complex concepts on MOSFET by using E-Learning as a platform to teach, making it convenient for people to learn on their own schedule. For the software aspect of the project, Microsoft Visual Studio is mainly being used to build a website and with the help of an online circuit simulation software, the student can build circuits and interact by inputting different values for the required parameters to see how the circuit works differently in various operating regions of the MOSFET. This will help students better comprehend the necessary concepts relating to the MOSFET. The hardware aspect of the project is building a simple MOSFET circuit using off-the-shelf components to help students experiment and make learning interactive and interesting. Students will be given components, breadboard, and a step-by-step guide on how to build the circuit. Students can also build the circuit with different component values to observe how it affects the circuit’s behaviour.
