This Final Year Project presents the development of a comprehensive web application for health data record management, leveraging the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The primary objective of this project is to design and implement a user-friendly platform that enables to access their own health data and monitor their own health. Through the utilisation of modern web technologies and best practices in software development, this project aims to streamline the process of health data management, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. By providing a centralised repository for health records and facilitating seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, the web application endeavours to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of healthcare delivery. The integration of the MERN stack ensures scalability, flexibility, and robustness, allowing for future enhancements and adaptation to evolving healthcare needs. It consists of important visual representation of health data and it allows users to monitor their calories intake daily. Overall, this project represents a significant contribution to the field of healthcare informatics, with the potential to revolutionise the way health data is managed and utilised in clinical settings. In the contemporary landscape of healthcare, the efficient management and secure storage of
health data are critical for ensuring quality patient care and facilitating medical research. This
Final Year Project presents the development of a comprehensive web application for health data
record management, leveraging the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
The primary objective of this project is to design and implement a user-friendly platform that
enables to access their own health data and monitor their own health.
Through the utilisation of modern web technologies and best practices in software development,
this project aims to streamline the process of health data management, ultimately enhancing the
efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. By providing a centralised repository for
health records and facilitating seamless communication between patients and healthcare
providers, the web application endeavours to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall
quality of healthcare delivery.
The integration of the MERN stack ensures scalability, flexibility, and robustness, allowing for
future enhancements and adaptation to evolving healthcare needs. It consists of important visual
representation of health data and it allows users to monitor their calories intake daily. Overall,
this project represents a significant contribution to the field of healthcare informatics, with the
potential to revolutionise the way health data is managed and utilised in clinical settings. |
