Description
Summary:Numerous methods are employed by analysts and investors to assess companies and identify profitable stocks. This paper integrates fundamental, technical, and news analysis to pinpoint the best-performing stock. Fundamental analysis incorporates quantitative and qualitative approaches to filter and rank stocks within the property sector. The technical analysis strategy utilises technical indicators like simple moving averages and the relative strength index to evaluate stock profitability. Two types of testing are conducted using historical price data spanning from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, global news, company news, and dividends are scrutinized in the news analysis to gauge their impacts on stocks. The study concludes that the integrated analytical system is both feasible and effective.
