Description
Summary:In today's digital age, physical books continue to hold a special place in the hearts of many readers [1]. However, the rising costs of book printing often pose financial barriers for book lovers, and access to traditional libraries can be limited, particularly during times like the pandemic [2]. Moreover, not all types of books are readily available in local libraries [3]. a book may only get the reader's interest for a single reading or a few times by the reader before it finds itself gathering dust on the shelf. To address this need, a mobile application is being developed. This app will serve as a decentralized library, encouraging users to collect, share, and exchange their books within a supportive community of fellow readers. Developed using Flutter on android studio and visual studio codes and integrated with Firebase services, including Firestore database, this app aims to provide a seamless and engaging experience for book enthusiasts seeking to connect, share, and discover new literary treasures.
