This collaborative project with Temasek Laboratories@NTU (TL@NTU) aims to develop a comprehensive dashboard solution, serving as a central hub for monitoring and early detection of project overruns, manpower expirations, and other critical metrics. Additionally, it will simplify and reduce the work required to generate reports. Implementing this robust dashboard solution is anticipated to significantly enhance TL@NTU's productivity, addressing the impracticality of their current data management process, which consumes considerable time and effort. The system will empower TL@NTU to manage its research and development programs effectively while fostering stakeholder collaboration.
