This study focuses specifically on the retail, office, and diversified segments of the real estate market, encompassing properties such as shopping centres, office parks, and commercial storage facilities. Furthermore, the analysis incorporates a comprehensive suite of techniques, including fundamental analysis, news-based analysis, and technical analysis. The objective is to maximise returns by employing strategies that outperform the benchmark Straits Times Index and the conventional buy-and-hold approach. By leveraging the unique characteristics of S-REITs and employing a synergistic combination of analytical methodologies, this study aims to enhance portfolio performance and capitalise on the opportunities presented by the dynamic real estate market in Singapore.
