Description
Summary:Wireless communications have become a necessity to provide users convenient access to services. Software-defined radio (SDR) is a communication system with programmable baseband signal processing. SDR is a solution that offers cost-effective reconfigurability and allows for diverse applications such as academic research or enrichment. This report explores the implementation of an SDR software receiver for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) using GNU Radio Companion and an ADALM-PLUTO module. Simulations are carried out with IEEE 802.11 standard OFDM beacon frames and extended to real transmissions where possible.
