Summary: | In the past, orientation of postgraduate students included face-to-face meetings, brochures, and tours of the campus. However, the limitations of these traditional approaches have become clearer, especially in a world where digital technology has permeated every aspect of our lives. This project introduces a comprehensive web application that is intended to ease their transition and challengers of postgraduate students. By harnessing web technology, the platform provides incoming students with easy access to important information and community services through in intuitive and user-friendly interface.
One of this innovative application’s key characteristics and its virtual social activities, which are designed to help peers interact and build a community of support from the beginning of their postgraduate experience. The application’s online thrift marketplace, which simplifies the purchasing and selling of items while taking sustainability and convenience into account, is a helpful feature. Additionally, there is an internal job listing service to assist freshmen in locating employment prospects that align with their academic objectives and skill set.
Through a dynamic and interactive web portal. The initiative not only closes the gap between antiquated practices and modern requirements, but it is also actively involves students in the academic community. It is a strong indication of the project’s main goal, which is to combine the unique requirements of postgraduate education with the accessibility provided by digital innovation. |
