Case study on Kiasu as a barrier to knowledge sharing in International SOS Pte Ltd.

The study is conducted to determine if kiasuism is indeed a barrier to knowledge sharing in ISOS. It found that kiasu mentality in ISOS arises out of concerns for career advancement and performance appraisals rather than job insecurity. This deters the staff from sharing knowledge freely.
