Furthermore, each therapy session requires a considerable amount of time, and therapists may find it challenging to maintain focus while documenting session notes. To bridge this gap, this project aims to streamline the therapy session process to enhance the efficiency of documentation process. Additionally, providing quality therapy sessions, and hoping to improve the outcome of mental health support services. This project integrates AI powered solutions into the current therapy session method, providing transcription of therapy session, automated process of session summarization, case notes generation, treatment plan suggestions, session analysis with the addition of storing client session data and booking of session schedule with an automated email sending for booking confirmation as well as an AI chatbot.
