Younger generations may eventually find themselves becoming caregivers to their loved ones facing serious illness in the future. It may be stressful to navigate such situations without knowing the available options and the preferences of their loved ones. Tackling these during a healthy age may become crucial to alleviate stress during these critical decision making moments. The Journey Beyond seeks to spread awareness about end of life planning to young adults and break down the perception that discussing end-of-life preferences is morbid, encouraging open and honest conversations.
