Description
Summary:Dreams, as enigmatic manifestations of the subconscious mind, have long captivated human curiosity. Everyone is different and dreams differently, hence, Googling the meaning to our dreams may not be the most personalized and accurate way. “Inside My Head” is an autobiographical study that aims to pioneer a novel approach to dream deciphering through visual analysis, leveraging on my ability to vividly remember my dreams. This project scrutinizes my common dream themes, offering psychological interpretations that reveal symbolic manifestations of my subconscious thoughts. Recurring dreams take the spotlight, offering clues to persistent concerns and unexplored aspects of my psyche. By visualizing my dream journey, I hope to ignite people’s curiosity to decipher their own dreams, and through this process, extract meaningful insights about their mental health from their dream imagery.
