| Summary: | This report is a detailed narrative of the ten weeks attachment programme at Khong Guan. The main tasks undertaken include evaluation of a local subsidiary's product sales, distribution chain sales, and the delivery operations. The first two tasks involved mainly developing of an evaluation program and data collection, entry, and analysis. The final task requires observation, enquiries, and critical analysis. In addition, certain underlying problems regarding delivery issues were pointed out with suggested solutions. Although there were certain drawbacks and limitations in the evaluations due to the tight schedule, but the supervisor was still satisfied with the report produces. There was also an interesting tour around the biscuit factory. Through the assistance and support of my supervisor and fellow colleagues, the attachment at Khong Guan was made a memorable experience. |
