An alternative means like using keywords associated with URLs kept in a catalogue could prove especially useful in solving this problem. Users can retrieve from this catalogue by searching for a particular tag or tags and the system returns all URLs associated with the particular tag or tags being searched for. This report will take you through the selection process of why certain options were chosen over others. It does this by covering the various options in details like plugin options, storage solutions, database systems and the keyword search algorithms available. The advantages that one option has over another are also touched on. The inner workings of the algorithms are also covered and finally the adopted option. It will also show how the software works thus meeting the requirements set forth at the beginning of the project. Next is a show of the usage guide which shows how the software is used. After which, a section on some problems met with some details on why it happened and how they were eventually solved. Last but not least, the concluding section will cover an overview of the project as well as some future recommendations.
