Unveiling the other: comparing discourses of Kristang supernatural folktales
What happens when we flip the script, and listen to how Kristang community members construct their cultural narratives? Past research shows that Southeast Asian ethnic minorities use supernatural stories to express messages that are otherwise overlooked (Harvey, 2008).
