As Singapore’s aging population continues to grow and more seniors continue to age in place, more comprehensive solutions are required. This project builds a web application designed to monitor and support seniors, enabling caregivers to access real-time health and activity data through unobtrusive smart sensors. It includes an event scheduler, photo sharing and other features that aim to provide seniors a user-friendly platform to maintain social connections and manage their daily routines. The application also empowers caregivers to monitor seniors’ well-being, offering insights of their behavioural patterns and alerting them if irregularities are spotted. This project aims to ensure that seniors can age in place safely while staying connected with their caregiver.
