Summary:This project presents the development of a mobile application. The application provides users with tools to make informed decisions about their food intake by offering features such as healthy meal recommendations based on the user’s detail, food and water intake tracking, and body mass index (BMI) calculation. Users will also be able to find healthier recipes that are customized to meet their dietary objectives and query the nutritional value of food. Recognizing the growing need to take care of a person's health by knowing the content of what they eat and how much they eat. This app empowers individuals to become more responsible of their intake. The app aims to support healthier living by encouraging mindful eating choices and fostering better understanding of daily food consumption. Developed with Flutter and integrating OpenAI API for AI-driven features, the app is hosted on Firebase, utilizing its authentication services and non-relational database for seamless data management.
