This project targets to create a mobile app specially designed for people who need to find information or what schemes and services do Social Service offer in Singapore in accessible, navigable and user-friendly manner.
In this report, process of developing the app will be shown. Including chatbot where an agent bot assists end user’s queries base on keywords in Social Service. |
