Description
Summary:This study uses multivariate statistical techniques of principal components analysis, correlation, and regression, to analyse Internet usage survey data. The study itself is based on questionnaire data collected in the 2001 Singapore Internet Project (SIP) in the School of Communication Studies at the Nanyang Technological University. A random sample of 1,000 adults from 1,000 households were surveyed. Its objective was to determine the impact of interactive technology upon society, especially on how the Internet would change the way people live, work and play.
