屹立近33载的陈振传基金会，见证了新加坡建国至今的辉煌成就，也伴随着国家步入发达的成长岁月，留下了难忘的烙印。本论文的题旨，是探讨陈振传基金会从创办时期到接班人管理和其他层面的发展。所探讨的脉络，从创办人陈振传的生平与身份认同，以及两个不同阶段（即陈振传时代和后陈振传时代）基金会的发展与转变几方面来着手，整理出在两种经营模式的同与异，延续与发扬的特点，并揭开第二代基金会走向专业，并得到传媒注视的趋势。For 33 years, Tan Chin Tuan Foundation (also known as the Tan Foundation) have witnessed the development of Singapore, and left a memorable mark in the hearts of many people. The aim of this paper is to discuss the development of Tan Foundation’s management and its transformation from its years under the leadership of Tan Chin Tuan to the era of the second generation leaders. This thesis outlines the founder’s life and his identity, the development and changes of the foundation in the two eras (known as Tan Chin Tuan era and post-Tan Chin Tuan era), the comparison of the two eras, and to unveil the professionalization of the foundation under increased media spotlight.
