| Summary: | This report contains a full detail of my industrial training experience with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. I was attached to the Procurement warehouse for a period of 22 weeks. My job scope includes the daily operation of the warehouse and to assist my supervisor in generating reports. The daily operation of the warehouse includes Issuing, Receiving and Returning of goods. Several reports had to be generated monthly or weekly to monitor the warehouse transactions and also to achieve a better organization of data. All these transactions and reports are accessible through the SAP system which is commonly using in corporate companies nowadays. The different types of reports and operations will be elaborated further in this report. All these operations need to be performed diligently and attentively because there are times when unusual cases surface and I will need to solve them on a case by case basis. It was a fruitful industrial attachment as I have gained a better knowledge and experience on how a real working society functions. Hopefully this experience will help me in my future employment in the society in the near future. |
