AVI Precision Pte Ltd has been a leading manufacturer and industrial supplier to electronics manufacturing industries since its incorporation on 2nd February 1993. Products ranging from customized spare parts, jigs and fixtures to testing machines.Flexi-circuit Reliability Tester is one of the testing machines designed and manufactured by AVI Precision Pte Ltd.With the growing application of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) in areas ranging from telecommunication, computers to automotives, the reliability of the FPC is of great importance to manufacturers. With flipping and sliding cellular phones dominating the market, the FPC has to be able to fulfill its function within a designated lifespan. Flexi-circuit Reliability Tester is designed such that it simulates the sliding and flipping action of a cellular phone. This report will further define the functions and design process of the Flexi-circuit Reliability Tester.
