| Summary: | The 22 week Industrial Attachment with Texas Instruments Inc was an opportunity to work with the technical support team and get involved in structured development of a applications using one of TI’s latest wireless development tools. This attachment is a part of the Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic Engineering) curriculum at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is considered as partial fulfillment for the degree course. This report illustrates the details of implementation of the three main projects that were undertaken as well as all relevant experiences that were gained. The conclusion section details that value addition that was received through the course of this internship. Overall, the internship was an excellent learning experience and an opportunity where theoretical knowledge could be applied in the industry. It has also taught the relevance of Information and Communication Technology in the world today. This IA program has fully achieved its objective by providing a practical training environment and showing how work can be related to the company’s actual business. |
