Widespread increase in construction demand in the Asia-Pacific region, created trade and investment opportunities in the developing countries like Vietnam. Lifting of US trade embargo and well established position of Singapore contractors have proven that the opportunities are there and it is a matter of time and means of how to exploit it. We envisage the current construction demand in Vietnam to be prioritised in infrastructure, hotel and tourism and property developments.
