Description
Summary:Productivity is one of the most frequently discussed topics in the construction industry. Productivity can be translated into costs and ultimately into contractor's profits or loss on the project. However, very little is being done on many projects to identify the direct and indirect effects of productivity on running a project efficiently. The objective of this report is to examine the impact of management and the formwork system which are very important issues to be dealt with right from the onset of initiating a project.
