Therefore, this study investigates the Vietnam market and attempts to tap the general opinion of professionals, developers and contractors who have experience in the Vietnam market. The methodologies adopted are postal survey of professionals, mainly quantity surveyors, developers and general building contractors, together with unstructured interviews with several businessmen and several practitioners in the industry.
