There are many forms of company organisations and there are also many different types of contractual arrangements. Not all company organisations are suitable for any types of contractual arrangements and there is no ideal form of company organisation that can suit all contractual arrangements. The cliënt has to understand the various types of contractual arrangements available, then select the one that he wants. The contractor has to study the different options of company organisations available, and select the most appropriate one for the project. |
