This report describes a study on the application of Design-and-Build Contract in Singapore. An examination on how the construction industry has benefited from the introduction of such procurement method, how private developers, as well as government departments and statutory boards such as HDB, PWD and JTC, have incorporated and implemented the Design-and-Build contracts is being carried out.
