Description
Summary:The Singapore government has been actively encouraging Singapore businessmen to spread a second wing for the economy. In a recent speech at the opening of parliament, the Senior Minister, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew talked about increasing Singapore's foreign reserve investment in Asia.
