Summary:The objective of this study was to shed light on the state of computer security among businesses in Singapore: in terms of their computer security practices, risk perception, security requirements and need for technical security measures. Our intention was to identify problem areas for corrective actions to be taken. The profile of computer security needs, and the gap between the desired and attained states, will also be useful for vendors wishing to market computer security and related products in the local market.
