It will be focused on shipyard planning and contracting department’s working procedure to maximize the company interest. The enhanced working procedure has been carried out in project FPSO Ningaloo Vision, satisfactory result of 3-layers bipartite graph demonstrated remarkable improvement compare to conventional measure. The main goal of the project is achieved, which not only save cost, production time but also secure ship owner reliance to reach win-win situation for company. All thanks to bipartite graph strategy introduced perfect matching and optimum workplace network within shipyard.
