National library board's current awareness service to MITA: a user-based evaluation
The study endeavoured to evaluate the current awareness service provided by the National Library Board (NLB) to the Ministry of Information and the Arts (MITA). In evaluating this service, the study sought to ascertain if NLB's current awareness service was useful to the MITA users.
