Not only the form of dream are different, but also the purpose. Some characters are voluntary access to an unreal world, some are forced. This paper will focus on “Dream” as a basis for further study explore the “Strange Stories (Liao Zhai Zhi Yi)” and dream also can be classified by different purpose and outcome, which help readers to understand P’u Sung-Ling’s life and his idea of writing. |
