从国家认同的角度看新加坡的中国新移民与本地人之间的隔阂 = The estrangement between the Singapore new Chinese immigrants and the locals : from the national identity perspective

近年来，中国新移民的人数在本地不断增加，引起了本地人对此的许多争议，这包括质疑中国新移民的效忠问题等。从表面上来看，中国新移民与本地人似乎处于融合状态，但如果细心地观察，不难发现中国新移民与本地人之间存着微妙的隔阂。因此，新加坡政府积极地推出许多有助于新移民融入新加坡社会的政策，同时不断呼吁国人以宽容的心态接受他们，希望能够借此让中国新移民更好地融入新加坡社会。本文将着重从国家认同的角度，利用网络论坛与其他方面的资料来解释与分析中国新移民与本地人产生隔阂的因素，并指出学者、新加坡政府以及本地人对新移民看法的差异。 The number of new Chinese immigrants in Singapore has risen enormously in the recent years, leading to a controversy among the locals. On appearance, it presents a rather harmonious relation between the new Chinese immigrants and the locals. However, with more careful observation, one could discover subtle estrangement between them. Thus, the Singapore government has actively implemented many integration polices to aid the integration of the new Chinese immigrants. At the same time, the Singapore government urges the locals to accept the new Chinese immigrants with an open heart. This paper intends to analyse the estrangement between the new Chinese immigrants and the locals through the National Identity perspective, and points out the disparity between views of scholars, Singapore government and the locals.
